Admission Procedure

At Royal International School, Saoner, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds and aim to make the admission process smooth, transparent, and parent-friendly. Admissions are open for classes from Nursery to Higher Grades, depending on seat availability.

Step-by-Step Admission Process:

• Enquiry & Campus Visit: Interested parents can visit the school office or contact us via phone/email to collect information about the school, curriculum, and facilities.
• Application Form: Obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from our official website (if available). Fill in the required details carefully.
• Document Submission: Submit the completed admission form along with the following documents:
  • Birth Certificate (for Pre-Primary and Class I)
  • Previous School Report Card (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school (From Class II Onwards)
  • Aadhaar Card (Student & Parents)
  • Passport-size photographs of the student and parents
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Interaction:
  • For lower classes, an informal interaction with the child and parents may be conducted.
  • For higher classes, students may be required to appear for a written assessment to gauge their academic level.
• Confirmation of Admission: Once selected, parents will be notified, and admission will be confirmed upon payment of the admission fee and completion of all formalities.
• Fee Payment: Fee details will be provided during the admission process. Payment should be made as per the schedule to secure the seat.
