1. Fee Payment Schedule
- The academic fees are to be paid as per the schedule shared at the beginning of the academic year.
- Due dates for each installment must be strictly followed.
2. Modes of Payment
- Fees can be paid via cash, cheque, online transfer, or UPI, depending on the facilities offered by the school.
- A valid receipt will be issued for every payment made.
3. Late Fees & Penalties
- A late fee will be applicable if the payment is not made by the due date.
- Repeated delays in fee payment may lead to:
- Withholding of report cards or exam access.
- Suspension from attending classes.
- Cancellation of bus or other optional facilities.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- No refund will be provided for fees once paid, except under special circumstances approved by the management.
5. Withdrawal & Transfer
- If a student is being withdrawn:
- A written application must be submitted at least one month in advance.
- All dues must be cleared before issuance of the Transfer Certificate (TC).
6. Fee Revisions
- The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually to meet rising operational and academic costs. Any such changes will be informed in advance.
Important: Parents are requested to keep a copy of all receipts and fee-related communications for future reference. Cooperation in timely fee payment ensures smooth functioning and quality service delivery.

1. Parent Responsibilities
- Encourage regular and punctual attendance.
- Ensure neatness in written work and appearance.
- Meet the principal periodically to discuss student progress.
2. Attendance & Leave
- Students should not attend school if a half-day leave is required.
- Instead, send a leave note to the class teacher in advance.
3. Visiting Policy
- Parents are not permitted to visit classrooms or meet teachers during school hours.
4. Address & Health Updates
- Update school if there is any change in residential/official address.
- Inform the school if your child has any health conditions or requires regular medication.
Policies & Procedures
- Student diary with photo and ID details must be carried daily.
- Report cards must be signed and returned within five days.
- Students must attend all periods and wear the correct uniform.
- Check school calendar and circulars before making inquiries.
Communication
- Check and sign the student’s diary daily for messages or circulars.
- Write notes in the diary for communication with class mentors.

Student Grooming
- Neat and well-groomed appearance is mandatory.
- Clothing must not expose midriff, shoulders, or hips.
- Ornaments, accessories, and flashy items are not allowed.
Girls
- Only simple studs/thin earrings allowed.
- Long hair must be tied in plaits or ponytail using black bands/clips.
- No mehndi, nail paint, tattoos or colored hair.
Boys
- No earrings or fancy hairstyles allowed.
- Hair must be short and trimmed regularly.
Note: For religious exemptions, written permission from the Principal is required.
Essentials to Carry
- Labeled school bag (fits 11"x13" books)
- ID card, diary, tiffin, water bottle, pencil box
- Books packed as per timetable and covered properly
Things Not Permitted in School
- Jewellery, fancy watches, electronic items (phones, games, CDs, etc.)
- Toys or non-school sports equipment
Note: Confiscated items will not be returned. Disciplinary action will be taken.
Movement in School
- Students must behave orderly and enter other rooms only with staff permission.
- Carry class pass when outside the classroom.
Birthday Celebration
- Students may wear colored clothes on their birthday.
- Only 2 sweets (non-expensive) allowed for distribution.
- No return gifts or cake cutting allowed. Parents cannot join celebration in school.
